Refund policy

Should you have an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to work out a solution.  Please contact us via our contact page where you can submit an online form or call us.

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase. Please note that the customer must pay shipping costs when returning an item. We will process returns once the received items return to us back in original condition with all packaging intact.  Our processing takes 48 hours, please allow up to 2 weeks for your bank to process a refund.  For all orders that are returned the original delivery fee is non-refundable. If you are exchanging your item, then return delivery will be charged to you.
