Shipping policy

Domestic

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is an expected delay in your shipment you will be contacted via email or phone.

All orders within Australia are charged a flat rate of $12 per order no matter where the parcel is being sent or the amount ordered.

Live Well Health Essentials uses Fastway Couriers & Australia Post for delivery anywhere in Australia. 

Fastway Couriers is a door-to-door service with full tracking online. A street address needs to be provided and someone needs to be there at the time of delivery to sign for the goods.  Delivery should be within 3-10 working days from placing your order, please contact us should you have any concerns about your delivery or if you require your tracking number.

Australia Post-delivery should be 3-10 working days from placing your order.  All orders are sent by registered post, please contact us should you have any concerns about your delivery or if you require your registered post number. Australia Post does allow for PO BOX deliveries.

International 

Orders will be sent Via Australia Post at a rate of $25 AUD
